Magnetic grids, also known as grate magnets, magnetic cartridges, SunMag magnetic grid in rectangular version is designed to fit chutes, housings or hoppers to remove ferrous particles and iron contaminations in gravity free-flowing or free-flowing powders, granulates and liquids materials, such as ferromagnetic metal contaminants from machined stainless steel to ensure the production smoothly. Those magnetic grids could be manufactured into any size and shape to meet customer’s specific requirement.
ApplicationSquare or rectangular magnetic grids from SunMag is used to separate iron contaminants or ferrous chips from gravity free falling materials to ensure protect the machine and final products’ quality, such as powders, granulates and liquids materials, and could be simply installed inside of housings, bins, chutes or feeding hoppers.
